प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने महत्वाकांक्षी योजना प्रधानमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजना (आयुष्मान भारत) को झारखंड से लॉन्च कर दिया। इसे दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा हेल्थ प्रोग्राम माना जा रहा है। वैसे, यह योजना 25 सितंबर को पंडित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय की जयंती पर पूरी तरह लागू होगी.
इस स्कीम की खास बातें
इतने परिवारों को किया जायेगा कवर
इस स्कीम के तहत 10.74 करोड़ परिवारों के करीब 50 करोड़ लोग लाभार्थी होंगे। इनमें से करीब 8 करोड़ ग्रामीण परिवार हैं तो करीब 2.4 करोड़ शहरी परिवार हैं। इस तरह देश की करीब 40 प्रतिशत आबादी को इसके तहत मेडिकल कवर मिल जाएगा। लाभार्थी परिवार पैनल में शामिल सरकारी या निजी अस्पताल में प्रति साल 5 लाख रुपये तक का कैशलेस इलाज करा सकेंगे। इसके तहत इलाज पूरी तरह कैशलेस होगा। इस स्कीम की शुरुआत के साथ ही देश के 10,000 सरकारी और निजी अस्पतालों में गरीबों के लिए 2.65 लाख बेड की सुविधा उपलब्ध हो जाएगी।
खर्च केंद्र और राज्य मिलकर करेंगे वहन
इस योजना पर होने वाले खर्च को केंद्र और राज्य सरकारें मिलकर उठाएंगी। PMJAY पर आने वाले खर्च का 60 प्रतिशत केंद्र सरकार वहन करेगी और 40 प्रतिशत भार राज्य सरकारों पर पड़ेगा।
आरोग्य मित्र
नैशनल हेल्थ एजेंसी ने 14,000 आरोग्य मित्रों को अस्पतालों में तैनात किया गया है। इनके पास मरीजों की पहचान सत्यापित करने और उन्हें इलाज के दौरान मदद करने का काम होगा। लाभार्थियों के वेरिफिकेशन में इन आरोग्य मित्रों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होगी, इसके अलावा किसी भी पूछताछ और समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए भी मरीज इन लोगों से संपर्क कर सकेंगे।
पात्रता का आधार
2011 के सामाजिक-आर्थिक और जाति जनगणना में गरीब के तौर पर चिह्नित किए गए सभी लोगों को इसके लिए पात्र माना गया है। इसका मतलब यह भी है कि अगर कोई शख्स 2011 के बाद गरीब हुआ है तो वह इसके फायदे से वंचित हो जाएगा।

इलाज, सरकारी या प्राइवेट किसी अस्पताल में
इस योजना के लिए सरकार की सूची में शामिल सरकारी या प्राइवेट किसी भी अस्पताल में इलाज के दौरान इसका लाभ लिया जा सकता है। जिसमें कैंसर सर्जरी और कीमोथेरपी, रेडिएशन थेरपी, हार्ट बाइपास सर्जरी, न्यूरो सर्जरी, रीढ़ की सर्जरी, दांतों की सर्जरी, आंखों की सर्जरी और एमआरआई और सीटी स्कैन जैसे जांच शामिल हैं।
क्या आधार कार्ड जरुरी नहीं
इस स्कीम का फायदा उठाने के लिए आधार कार्ड अनिवार्य नहीं है।
कैसे लें लाभ
सरकार के पैनल में शामिल हर अस्पताल में 'आयुष्मान मित्र हेल्प डेस्क' होगा। वहां लाभार्थी अपनी पात्रता को डॉक्युमेंट्स के जरिए वेरिफाई कर सकेगा। इलाज के लिए किसी स्पेशल कार्ड की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी, सिर्फ लाभार्थी को अपनी पहचान स्थापित करनी होगी। पात्र लाभार्थी को इलाज के लिए अस्पताल को एक पैसे भी नहीं देने होंगे। इलाज पूरी तरह कैशलैश होगा।
इन राज्यों में फिलहाल लागू नहीं?
दिल्ली, पश्चिम बंगाल, ओडिशा, केरल, तेलंगाना और पंजाब ने अभी इस योजना के लिए केंद्र के साथ मेमोरेंडम ऑफ अंडरस्टैडिंग (MoU) पर दस्तखत नहीं किए हैं। ये राज्य इसी तरह की खुद की योजना चाहते हैं, कुछ में पहले से ही इस तरह की योजना चल रही है।

DU: इस दिन से शुरू हो रहे हैं एम फिल और पीएचडी के इंटरव्यू
दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी में एमफिल और पीएचडी के इंटरव्यू कल से शुरू होंगे। इसके लिए यूनिवर्सिटी के 22 से ज्यादा विभागों ने इसके लिए शेड्यूल घोषित कर दिया है। एमफिल और पीएचडी दोनों के लिए इंटरव्यू अलग-अलग दिन होंगे।
इस नियम से हुई दिक्कत
यूजीसी के गजेट 2016 के लागू करने के बाद इंटरव्यू को क्वॉलिफाई करने के लिए 50% नम्बर जरूरी हो गए। इसकी वजह से स्टूडेंट क्वालीफाई नहीं कर पा रहे थे। कई विभागों में और भी बुरा हाल था।
इसके बाद रिजर्वेशन पॉलिसी की बात करते हुए स्टूडेंट्स ने डीयू और यूजीसी के बाहर काफी प्रदर्शन किए, जिसके बाद यूजीसी ने रिजर्व्ड कैटिगरी के लिए 5% छूट का ऐलान किया। इस छूट के साथ अब डीयू में स्टूडेंट्स की लिस्ट तैयार हो चुकी है। ज्यादातर डिपार्टमेंट में इंटरव्यू 24 से 28 सितंबर के बीच होंगे।
इसके अलावा अक्टूबर के पहले हफ्ते भी कई इंटरव्यू हैं। डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ मॉडर्न इंडियन लैंग्वेजेज में 25 को एमफिल और 27 सितंबर को पीएचडी को इंटरव्यू होगा।

आज में अपनी ब्लॉग पोस्ट में aadhar card ko pan card se kaise link kare उसकी जानकारी देना चाहता हु । आपको पता होगा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के अनुसार जुलाई से Income TAX फाइल को करने के लिए आपको PAN Card से Aadhaar को जोड़ना यानी Link करना जरूरी हो गया है।Aadhaar card link to Pan card इसके लिए आपको अपने PAN Card को Aadhaar नंबर से लिंक करना होगा। आप इसे Online भी लिंक कर सकते है। इसके लिए कुछ प्रक्रिया पूरी करनी होगी जिसके बाद आपका PAN Card आपके Aadhaar नंबर से जुड़ जाएगा। सबसे पहले आप अपने Aadhaar नंबर को PAN Card से लिंक करने के लिए ई-फाइलिंग की वेबसाइट को ओपन करे । (https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/) पर जाना होगा। इसके बाद इसमें नीचे दिए गए Process को पूरा करना होगा।

OTP वेरिफिकेशन के बाद पासवर्ड बना लें। इसके बाद साइट पर Login करें।
अब साइट में Login करने के लिए आपको अपना User ID देना होगा जो कि वह आपका PAN Card नंबर है। इसके बाद पासवर्ड और नीचे दिए गए कैप्चा कोड को डालकर Login करें।

आपको जानकारी के लिए बता दे कि कभी-कभी Popup विंडो नहीं दिखाई देता है। लेकिन इसके बाद भी आप अपने Aadhaar नंबर को PAN Card से लिंक कर सकते हैं।
Aadhaar Link इसके लिए वेबसाइट के menu में प्रोफाइल Settings में Click करें। जिसके बाद आपको लिंक Aadhaar का ऑप्शन दिखाई देगा जिसपर आपको Click करना होगा।
अब आपको इसमें अपना Aadhaar नंबर डालना है और फिर सेव बटन पर Click कर दें।
अगर आपके Aadhaar नंबर और PAN Card की Detail इंफोर्मेशन सही नहीं है तो आप Online दोनों नम्बर को LInk नहीं कर सकते। इस प्रणाली को आसान बनाने के लिए सरकार की ओर से कोशिश की जा रही है। pan card se aadhar link इसके लिए आपको अपने PAN Card की स्कैन कॉपी देनी होगी।

कर विभाग की ओर से Online भी विकल्प दिए जायेंगे। जिसमें यूजर अपना बिना नाम बदले OTP के जरिये Online रजिस्ट्रेशन कर सकते हैं। इस Option को सिलेक्ट कर यूजर को अपने दोनों Document में मौजूद जन्म तिथि की Detail देनी होगी। दोनों Document में दिए गए जन्म तिथि की Detail मैच होने पर यूजर Online Aadhaar से PAN Card को जोड़ सकेंगे।
